A Custom Facial is a personalized treatment built around your skin’s condition on the day of the appointment. We analyze first, looking at pore state, hydration, sensitivity, and barrier health, then design the facial around what your skin actually needs, not a fixed menu.

Custom facials incorporate ZO Skin Health products, masques, and hands-on technique. They include product education specific to your regimen, so you leave knowing how to carry the treatment forward at home.

We look closely at your skin: magnification, barrier touch-test, hydration read. You’ll hear what we’re seeing as we see it.

Protocol design

Based on assessment, your aesthetician selects the cleanse, exfoliant, masque, and serums for that day. No two custom facials are identical.

Hands-on treatment

The full 60-minute session: cleanse, exfoliation, masque, serum work.

Regimen take-aways

Product recommendations for your at-home routine. If you’re on a ZO regimen, adjustments discussed. If new, starting-point recommendations.

Products used IN the facial are included. Take-home product recommendations come with a separate purchase if you choose to build a ZO regimen (our Skin Health Consultation page covers full regimen setup).
What if my skin is sensitive or reactive?+
Custom facials are particularly well-suited for sensitive and reactive skin because we adjust the protocol to your barrier state rather than forcing it through a fixed treatment. Tell us about your reactivity and we calibrate accordingly.
Can I combine with other services?+
Same-day: pair with dermaplane (“Dermaplane + Facial” combo available). Different-day: facials alternate well with peels, microneedling, and Hydrafacial across the month.
